Toyota Urethane Trans Mount - Series 6
When you crank up the power going through that V160, you're going to want a mount on the tail housing to handle the power.
The 3/16" steel is CNC laser cut for accuracy to start with, then the main top plate is press formed in house to give a seamless top structure to start from. The side plates are then fixture set to maintain proper alignment during welding. The base studs are knurl set 8mm designed to match the factory stud length that works with the aluminum cross members typical to the MK4 Supra.
The mounts come fully assembled with 4 new nylock nuts on the base studs and are assembled with 80A (Orange) bushings standard. We can also assemble the mounts with a slightly softer 60A (Yellow) bushing upon request.
You will need to re-use your existing upper bolts to the transmission.Â
