If you're building a side draft intake manifold, a nice 1/2" thick billet 6061 T6 aluminum flange would be a good place to start. We've made this flange with 48mm bores and 8mm threads to accommodate most size carbs.

These flanges also fit other side draft carbs such as Mikuni.
